The No Kids Club is a story following a gang of children who call themselves "Spies For Lies", holding meetings to solve the mystery of where their parents go when they sneak away. Using hi-tech spy equipment such as hidden microphones and trackers, the children manage to track down their secret hideaway - The No Kids Club!

This book is the sixth title I have worked on for BookLife Publishing, and I used the time between book projects to develop and expand my style, adopting an updated way of drawing eyes and heads to allow more expression and movement with my characters.

I enjoyed giving each child unique characteristics, reflected through their outfits and diversity, and I feel I captured a range of personalities within the group. I also used a lot of textures in these illustrations to add depth to more simple images.
